btw..rm95 per downlight point is inclusive of pulling wires..developer only gave like 5 points for living room..so..in my case..there are 8 downlights for living room..

for areas like toilet..no need to pull extra wire..so..he only charge rm25..

btw..i was surveying airconds yesterday..according to shop..the piping that developer usually provides is only suitable for normal airconds. If by inverter type aircond, then have to change piping..not sure how true is that..

mine only kitchen tile got some hollow tiles..and some unsmooth floor boards in bed room..the living/dining tiles are fine..just some stains which i put in defect

btw..to renovate..need to fill form and pay deposit at management office?

so far i did not see any indian guy in sephira..my contractor alrdy came in do measurements and everything alrdy..pending to start reno only...no complains yet

Same for me also..but i will b changing d staircase railing n the railing of courtyard window in 1st floor as well to glass railing..the existing ones are abit dangerous as my kids have started to climb it

How to put grille at staircase railing?especially the one along the 1st floor living area?

Cant recall yhe exact amount now..but to replace all the railing (stairs n living) to tempered glass with mild steel holder quoted to me was around 7.5k

Beware of bats in our area..saw couple of bats hibernating at the top corner of my courtyard during day time and pooping at my courtyard..told The contractors..later they came with a long stick and jolok the bats n the bats flew off..

Btw..are all our internal water pipings copper based or normal ones? Anyone know?
