If they up the price for 20% based upon their purchase price...i will not buy it....i am aware of the design and layout. WOnt pay so much for design and yes, layout is slightly better.

I had a chat with a couple of friends (property agents). Apparently, they informed that more people seeking houses in Alam Impian recently. ARe you guys hearing the same thing?

According to them, in the past, lot of people looking at SA. Now, substantial interest on Alam Impian and also Bukit Raja. The reasoning was that the prices are these location still considered more reasonable. Especially in Alam Impian TTDI, surprisingly, G&G was very much in favor but is there really a lot of transaction there?

Hey guy, I plan to buy new air Cond set for my new house. Any recommend brand? I heard Panasonic brand is ok. Is it true?

I am suggesting mitshubishi and Daikin on top of panasonic. I dont know if anyone experience this, but panasonic product quality is really not the panasonic we used to know. This doesnt help by their below par service.

A couple of months ago, agent brought me to visit more than 6-7 houses in viola and spira. To be honest, the quality of Viola is not bad , in fact quick good.... compare to many other projects that i visited including those that cost morethan 1 mil.

How about the price for Mitsubishi n Daikin compare v Panasonic? Is the inverter technology can save electric consumption?
*
Actually the prices are very close but Daikin slight more expensive. Depend how extensive are you using the aircond, otherwise, the saving is not that significant in my personal opinion especially if you need to redo the piping to support inverter system. If your piping already supports inverter aircond, then the business case is slightly better for long usage. Take note than inverter aircond is range between 20-50% more expensive depend which basic model you are benchmarking.
