According to Mr Yusuf last Fri, upon finish installing meter for every Viola units, by then only they will connect electricity supply. Should be two weeks from now.

I was shock when first knowing the facade color is blue. Due to this worry i purposely visited the site, i changed my perception thereafter and kinda like the blue facade very much now.

may be the claimed amount by the SA RM20k per mth for the first year is including the Peronda car

RM20k x 12mths = RM240k
RM240k - RMxxx for purchasing car & maintenance

that the only reason i guess can justify the ridiculous RM20k

i) unit size 22' x 80' with 2189 sq. ft. BU
ii) 4 + 1 bedrooms
iii) 5 bathrooms
iv) facing garden / playground
v) brand new vacant & unfurnished unit

Asking rent per mth is RM1400

Basically the builder applied termite treatment prior casting the grd beam & slab. Thus it is not necessity to engage other contractor to do it again before moving in.

Yeah it seems that they are prone to these kidna threats. I was told by my grill contractor she had to deal with the gangsters that way coz she was threatened to break the glasses of the car etc.

But once I told the uncle contractor not to disturb my contractor. He smile2 only. Tapi mulut bising cakap kuat2.

Samseng Kampung Dusun betul!

Anyhow, my future tenant wants to put on awning etc. Would be interesting to see how the samseng wud react now. Once the crazy, loud uncle barged into my house without my permission. dah masuk baru cakap can enteR? LOL!

No DIBS for Viola Phase and is a progressive payment; i believe the subsequence phases after Viola also no DIBS. During the launch of Viola on Nov-2010, some rows of Viola houses had completed piling and some were not even started but they be able to complete all houses early Apr-2012. Based on my experience with them, they're FAST.
