Or just go for Lenovo Y580. Similar specs with G55. Gtx 660m, ivy bridge processor, and FHD and not to mention its much cheaper compared to G55.

Dont take the price from there. That is probably just an estimation. Well i'm saying its cheaper because the Lenovo y570 comes with the price of rm3.5-3.6k. I'm sure the y580 will come with that price as well. Newer laptops usually replace the older ones with the same price. Just like the G53 to G55. I'm currently trying to get this laptop for my gf. Better deal if compared to the shitty N56 with gt630m gpu

Actually, the only reason i'm still sticking with the G55 is the stealth design but what i'm having now is just a delusional thoughts. It's like being stranded on an island without any food and water. You're bound to think things so if my G55 havent arrive by this week.. i may even consider getting anything that is a laptop.

And thinking back again, i doubt the new lenovo y580 will come with the GTX660m gpu most probably GT 650m.
They expected the y480 to come with the GT650m, but it comes with 640m instead. But i heard there may be a variation to the y480 models. So it'll come with either the gt640 or gt650.

So does it fits the G55? After checking it out, i might get it though, not really for cooling but because it is adjustable. Then will get a wireless mouse and a keyboard as well, just a set up for my room la haha. And i found someone selling it for rm85 in garage sales, but add another rm9 for delivery. But they have a shop quite near to my place, so maybe i'll just drop by there and grab one.
