is there any other way i can talk to digi cutomer service other than 016-2211 800 because i could not find any option to talk to the customer service there

hello, just a quick question.
my 3GB DiGi data runs out after 15days, but after i called digi they mention to me tha my download is 400mb but my UPLOAD IS 2GB!!! i've asked for detail but they could not give it to me. is this normal to have upload data that much? fyi i only used Tweetdeck/FB plus some browsing and no youtubing. |
