how does it work and count in our bill. dont understand

I mean is the advance payment of digi
(RM500) going to be deducting off for each month after we started subscibing its plan until there is no more advance payment only we'll have to start paying phone bills?

This page below there says that advance payment will be offset every month, but i dont understand that whether its going to offset my total amount of bills for that month including calls or sms or its going to be fixed at 48per month? Maybe lower? I just dont know how much i'll have to pay for each month after i start subscribing...
