wanna ask,

any ppl buy the smart plan bundle at january 2012

mine is the galaxy note. rebate rm15x24months, and some other discount like no paper bill etc

the bill so far previously is around RM30 for the 68 package 3GB

but then recently.. i checked my bill only rebate RM15

any others experience? suddenly my rebate kena cut?
