I believe the Data plan is exclude your data usage. Any calls or data usage will be charged on top of RM25. Unlimited internet browsing is referring to after you had exceed the data usage, they would not block you instead of putting you to the lowest priority in terms of browsing speed. You can talk to the operator anytime, this is just what I know based on the data plan provided by Digi.
