The recent upgrade service rendered my phone unusable for calls!  Cannot call out and people cannot call in!  No compensation!  This is unacceptable!  Can I complain to consumer tribunal?  Can someone point me the way?  Or is it for MCMC?

Same here! From 2 bars in my phone to ZERO coverage after their stupid network maintenance!

I'm done with this. Going to port to CELCOM or MAXIS.

You should complain to MCMC.  I did, and requested for compensation.  DiGi called me back and agreed to it.

Thanks, will do so. May I know how much did they agreed to compensate you?

What were their excuses for the 'no coverage' issue?

The no-coverage was from a service upgrade, which they announced earlier.  But I never thought such upgrade would render us unable to call out or call in at all.

PM you on the compensation.

Got your PM. Thanks.

Yesterday my colleague tried to call me several times and cannot get through. The best part is I didn't get any missed call alert SMS. Bravo DiGi.

I think I'm really done with this. I'll call them after my work today.

So, did you complained to DiGi? What they said?

I am thinking of bringing my 'no coverage' issue after the 'tomorrow network' maintenance to MCMC as well and will let you guys know what the outcome is. I bet there must be some of you who are experiencing the exact issue as myself and Dannyl.

I am currently under the Ambassador plan. Can I simply port out to other telcos?

I heard from a friend that I need to switch to the normal plan first, only then can port out. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes you can, it is a normal postpaid plan.

I want to port out mine too, yes Ambassador as well.

Unfortunately, you can't it seems. I had a terrible coverage issue ever since the Tomorrow Network upgrade started in my place (March/April) and after I complained to MCMC, they agreed to compensate me for a certain amount and said that the issue has been escalated to their 2nd level.

A lady from DiGi head office just called me and said sorry but there is nothing much they could do about it and ask me to transfer to other providers as they do not want me to 'suffer any longer'. How nice!

But then, she did mentioned that I can't simply port out as I am in the ambassador plan and I have to switch to the normal plan first only then I could port out.
