Is Digi Easy retail pack (RM17) out of stock?
Not available at shops anymore and Digi online store is also out of stock.

Noted. thanks.
Is this signs that they are phasing out Digi Easy?

I just noticed that two of my digi prepaid "Best Hit RM1" account, has lost all the Free Digi-Digi SMS.

One account had 300 free sms, (which has been there for more than 12 months). Gone. Just noticed today. Could have happened weeks ago, as i just checked.

The other account had 100+ free Digi-Digi SMS, also accrued from more than 12 months ago.

All Free Digi-Digi voice minutes still there.

Anyone else?

My case is not free sms, but RM1 for 100 sms.

On 12 August, out of the blue I got an sms from DiGi saying my 200 over such sms would expire 31 Aug.

Then I'm rushing to finish up my stock when two days before the deadline, suddenly get another sms to say they won't be expired after all.

Really dunno what DiGi are up to these days.  There was no expiry date at the time of purchase, so I don't think DiGi can introduce one later on, that is breach of contract.

If it is genuine "free" rather than "purchased" sms, then DiGi may have more leeway, but it's still not a very fair way to treat customers.

My SMS is the same type as yours, RM1=100sms from a year ago.
So, in your case they didn't forfeit/expire afterall?

The 2 accounts I checked, now have zero amount of free SMS Digi-Digi.

This is similar to the case a year back about them forfeiting the Digi Minutes bought during the promo. The promo stated "No Expiry".

The free SMS is only worth RM3, but lets not treat the customer in a sneaky way.

Anyway, can't use D'Chat to clarify, cos D'Chat is discontinued since 7sept.
