Maxis change over of Cell Towers are seamless, meaning your voice calls & data like whatsapp incoming wont get interrupted.

DG change over of cell towers sometimes sucks.

DiGi seems to be the first one to launch VoLTE, after that HD quality on VoLTE 

Maybe they purposely did that to reduce some load on their network?

Lower quality = Less data to transfer

Strange DiGi coverage in Gurney Plaza, Penang.  Everywhere up to HSPA only, except in the GSC cinema halls...where there's 4G 

I don't think Digi has indoor antenna for 4G but I think paragon does.

This is opposite from my experience with Maxis:  4G generally OK in Gurney Plaza, except in the cinema halls and basement level.

Reloaded my UMobile Prepaid on 2nd Mar noon so that it's active. Submitted MNP to Digi at 5pm. Next day at 1pm, got SMS from UMobile saying MNP failed due to line not active. Called UMobile to clarify, said it's their system error and will escalate to whatever team. 3 working days. *sigh*

A bit off topic but related. New Best V1 still available for MNP. I just port from U to new best v1 and subscribed to IDDIC & SLL.

Hmm, this is not really good news, I am scared that Digi will slow down too much and become unusable 

Digi need to work on their capacity now.

3G signal at my house has been upgraded, don't when they did it, last time behind the house get only one or two bar, now can get full. 

DG's LTE is best use on Modem , if use on smart fon & if you move from places to places, remember to chk your network status cause I need to reset network sometimes then only my whatsapp & email can come in 

my job requires me to be mobile

Hi. Is there any penalty if i port out from digi smart plan 75?

The switch is finally complete. The speed test in my office is not great. On 4G its about 10mbps vs 50mbps on maxis. Sometimes can reach 20mbps. Their building penetration is also not great. Overall its usable still. Just need to ignore all the imperfections.

I look at the Digi LTE FAQ. It seems to mention that in order for LTE to work I need a USIM. On the sim card suppose to have the letter U under the Digi logo. I dont have it. Hmm.. I think the shop screwed up. I still got 4G logo but my speed seems to be capped at 10Mbps
