Nowadays, I have my phone ringing too short (maybe 15 secs) then straight away to voice mail. Any idea if we can get the phone ringing for longer period of time?

Thanks!

New Digi user here smile.gif
I just got the iPhone 5 with the iDigi88 plan.

Could anyone please explain the outstanding and unbilled terms to me?
I feel so confused because my outstanding amount is -70+ but I haven't even used half of the free call/SMS/etc. quota.

hello smile.gif

Outstanding amaount is not stable so don't worry abt that because u have paid for it.

RM - 75+ means that u have paid.. thats why its negative... thumbup.gif

-75++ shows that u paid already.. only if RM 75++ ( without the negative) means you have outstanding baklance.

Like I said in many threads,  buying smartphone without data plan is kinda useless

Plus I have  been charged before on my iPhone

Here is a tip (like I have tweeted before). Data does not work how many MB you have downloaded. Your phone constantly hops in the Internet to get updates , to query (update weather widget , sync with Google Cloud , sync that and this). These are transparent and as a user you wouldn't know. It just happens in the background

For instance like how you get push notification , e-mail , viber etc

When your WiFi signal is weak or unable to connect (it may still show you are connected to WiFi). Your phone will auto-magically hop into 3G and try to ensure you have Internet connection

It is smartphone's design by nature.
