The info. I got was the boss has moved to mid valley and not contactable. Further more, the property management
office at ground floor is no longer dealing with Axis crown matters. I was directed to somebody (cannot remember his name) that he will be available on Monday from 8.00am -5.00pm at the office upstairs. I presumed they meant is ZA office as the staff were quite reluctant to answer my questions. Hopefully I can make time to see that person tomorrow. Please do the same if you have time as I am worried that things might break loose anytime.

How you can  you blacklist a Developer when RK Group and its affiliated company Reliable Capacity" is no longer in existence , they have become defunct and are existing under assumed names  .

RB Group and in place of RC is ZAJ Properties !!!

By reading through here I am able to confirm that CSSB is now taking over of Axis fiesta right? and as the quote above mentioned about this Yusni Khan person, i have also did a little background search.. guess who is she? look through the link below and you will know does this CSSB and RK/KB has any connections.

i dont think any buyer will agree to pay the cost to complete AC. The buyer already in a loss for waiting for so many years. Paying bank interests for many years and still waiting.

like me. i have been paying loan interests since 2010 and its like paying monthly installment. before i got married, i have to pay room rental and this loan interests.

i really regret that I bought this condo. i was hoping to stay when I was single. Now im still waiting it to complete after so many years.
