I think that is the 2nd floor office? the first floor office also closed ...
anyway, at this stage, nothing they say can be trusted - can only believe once the buyers see action/results ..

this developer should be blacklisted immediately..

seriously - am not one of the buyers but I am affected indirectly ..
I have been to see them countless of times and each time they give me different excuses and stories as to why
axis crown is still not completed..

time to probably involve the media..

I think the same sh@#** company "hiding" behind another new entity...I mean how many companies have "taken over" this project over the years?? so they close one company and open up a new one over and over again I reckon..

so what is the alternative if there is one??

if the buyers do not fork out more money to get it completed, then what? let the building rot? at least if it gets completed, buyers can move in
to stay or sell or rent...so there is no other way to get around this mess
