this is a good property for those who want to move in fast and use public transport as this area is a matured area. Both layout and price are reasonable and practical. The only cons is that the layout design is abit old, for me i think its fine for me. Anyone who interested and wish to more info can let me know.

Any update on the completion of Axis Crown? I guess delayed now due to Cover 19

Have they gotten the CF yet for the building? Last year when i visited the condo, the agent said it will be done by Oct 2020. The lease tenure also left 70+ years if am not wrong.

It is really a bare unit with no aircond,kitchen cabinet tc... but not sure about this auctioned unit though. They have nice pool view though.
