Already delay for more than 2 years...

I pass by MRR2 everyday and can see the progress of Axis Crown everyday working day. Axis Crown don't have any progress since half year ago...

correct me if I am wrong... good luck to the buyer...

Nothing has suddenly just happened... It has been happening for the past two years and we have been keeping our mouth shut... Somebody has to step up and bring the developer down... I wanted to sell my property and in return they are asking me to Waive my LAD and Settle the 10% Balance and on top of that pay them interest for late payment. In fact my bank has not delayed any sort of payment to them they are delaying in invoicing my bank and in order for my bank to release last 10% to developer, the developer has to Invoice them together with Architech Certs. but when I asked developer to do that they say only upon completion they will, then the very obvious question is "WHEN R U GONNA GET THIS S**T COMPLETED????" The Answer is "WE ARE NOT SURE, MAY BE APRIL 2012 or TOWARDS THE END OF NEXT YEAR BUT WE CANNOT PROMISE ANYTHING" I didnt pay 200K ++ to them to get these kind of responses from them. I hope the Ministry will side buyers and not developer!

luckily i sold my axis sohu,temporary cf last time dunno now they manage get permanent cf or not

they pass purchase lists to all Realtor so if we sell our unit,then they no need to pay LAD..so all purchasers will receive few calls a days from real estate agent...

as i sold mine,i cant get my LAD dy..

RK Group... I never heard this developer before...

Should avoid this developer in future...

Blacklist RK Group!!!

When it comes to quality.....this RK is the worst I've seen......and I'm vested big time in their props.......

i thought axis got go up in price?

You joking, delayed for 2 years ?

Then I not sure if I lucky of not, coz both deals also hit the rock last min..

hhmm, that's why need to really investigate the developer before even buy the property. it is very essential also to not buy property that is overpriced.

Location is more important than quality.........

true to a point actually.. however, .you dont want the quality to be horrendously poor though..
Axis sohu 's quality is really only so so but still ok for now

if quality poor, who wanna buy from you ? location can be important but I dont think anyone is that stupid to disregard the quality of the house.
