Hi I am a buyer as well. Work seems to have stalled few months ago. Before that, there were one or two workers doing some work there. We went to see the ZA few weeks ago and were told to wait for the news in Aug and could be bad news. Things getting fishy and aeon big supermarket seems to be closing soon.

Will seek more clarification from the management regarding the August matter.

I heard only one lift is operational, there is also electrical power issue in some of the floors, walls cracked and many other problems.Just imagine after the building being left idle for such a long time things are bound to get rusty.

RK sent 2 goons for the meeting with take it or leave it altitude. Anyway let's see what they will propose in the 2 weeks dateline given.

If the developer is serious enough, I am sure all the buyers are willing to negotiate. Let's hope for the best.
