Yes, I agree with you infect when you look at the building from outside it does appear to have been 95% completed , that is the whole purpose of this clever game , it give the impression to the public at large that there is little left to be completed , but in order to understand well , it is suggested that to enter the building inside and on each floor to get a real and true picture. A friend of mine who also has purchased a Unit , recently visited the Site and went inside the building his conclusion was there is at least 18% of balance work overall and in addition to these fishing works, for those who have opted for fully furnished Units this too is a separate work to be undertaken, therefore there are quite considerable works to be carried out in order to complete the work to a reasonable standards and to our satisfaction.

maybe abandonment is better..so the government can initiate a rescue contractor to finish up the building. the development has so much potential..with axis crown it will be better. gudluck bro
