I'd bet that both Axis Residences and Axis Crown will realise their full potential if the latter was completed years before given its strategic location (as what you've mentioned). Too bad it got ruined by a shoddy developer after reading this whole thread.

A friend of mine used to stay there 3 years ago after his parents moved to KL as they have bought a unit at Axis Crown and rented a unit at Axis Residences while waiting for the former to be completed, but after 2 plus years of waiting with no progress whatsoever, they got fed up of waiting and managed to get the bank to release their loan.

Once the loan was released, they quickly abandoned this condo and relocated to a new condo at Subang. You can say that him and a few buyers must be pretty lucky to be able to get their loans released. Pity the other buyers who have to pay thru their noses from the beginning until now.

I actually have been there twice to Axis Residences 2 years ago. Once was hanging out with my friend at his unit and the 2nd time was just to meet up with him at the mall entrance before we went out to a nearby MBO to watch Minions. The Axis Residences look alright, tho the mall side doesn't look that well-maintained.
