I have a Cash Voucher with value of Rm10,000 that can be used as part of the downpayment/ purchase price. This voucher can be used together with any other early bird discounts/bumi discounts.

Eg. Downpayment is Rm25k, minus the Rm10k voucher, you'll only need to pay Rm15k to developer.

I dont hear any update about Mono Rail

spoken to one of the SA, was told the monorail is still in the government plan but the government is currently concentrating on the MRT.

About the mall, there is no changes . Still ON.

What's the latest package?

10 + 20 % . quite a lot but they jet-up the price to RM1,000 psf . Nett RM700++ psf

I remember back in 2014, their nett selling price around RM800++/psf, with partly furnish. Now better deal ?

Did SA tell you the monorail is in government plan since 10 years ago?

The SA that served me few years back terang terang told me that there wont be monorail....maybe bts.

Luckily i didnt cheong...was looking at their soho block....not very impressive w their resi block.

Always wanted something along okr.....guess it never meant to be.
