I dropped this project together with Tria due to the high maintenance fees (RM 0.44/sqft for Vivo and RM 0.40/sqft for Tria).

Very slow - think there will be late interest . so far , progressive release only around 30% I think .

Last I heard is that its fully sold dy. If you're looking forward to 9 Seputeh, then you'll have to try your luck with Tria.

As for the construction progress, its still going fine. I believe they have finished installing the windows and in the midst of painting it.

That is what they told me when I signed the TNB forms . They said they will compensate us if delayed . Looking at the site , I think they need another 2/3 months .

Yea, that was what they told me as well, just hoping that they can settle ASAP now.
