seriously 9 seputeh the price for rm 760 per sqf is reasonable as current market rate now. rm 760 only lowest floor. highest floor can go up to RM 820 per sqf, because if not mistaken each floor rm 2,000 to rm 3,000 increase.

How about Seri Riana Wangsa Maju with comfirmed link bridge to Sri Rampai LRT Station,abt 4stops to KLCC, around 550psf++?

No one will, it's a selling point not a project feature .. I just wonder has anybody seen SPA stated e.g. xxx Highway will be ready on Oct 2014 or something like that

Then this can not be a selling point , just a tricky sale talk . No promise but announcing in so many media just to pancing water fish ?

remember 25 oct is the 2014 budget, during that time will announce increase the selling property tax and also affordable house. I think gapurna also don;t want to take the risk faster launch it on 20 oct.

I beg to differ though. Yes, I do agree that the current monorail line has stations at the strategic, prime locations. That being said, the LRT line also goes through a lot of good, strategic locations too. Plaza Rakyat? Bandar Tasik Selatan? Bukit Jalil? KLCC? Every station is indeed a strategic location, or not, I guess it wouldn't be built there in the first place.

The upper hand that the LRT has over the monorail line is the train frequency. LRT is every 3 minutes while for monorail, it is only 5 minutes. Both figures are for peak hours. On top of that, LRT has a bigger passenger capacity.

Last but not least, LRT line is more affordable compared to the monorail line. You have fares at RM0.70 and RM1.00 for the LRT line but for monorail, minimum is RM1.20 for the shortest ride.

In summary, LRT line beats monorail line inside out in terms of benefits.

Maybe you're right. Personally, I'd prefer Monorail (No offense, majority will agreed with me if they know something behind the scene). There is no right or wrong answer.
