Hi guys, I wanna ask.
Just now I send some document enclosed inside a brown envelope with PosLaju, not PosExpress. Is it safe?
The guy told me with PosLaju the document can be received tomorrow already.

PosLaju is safer than PosExpress...

Do take note though, it will depend on the place that you are sending it to. Still, I am still very much satisfied with their deliveries up till today. biggrin.gif

yup agreed....

so far i have no problem with poslaju...

There's an occasion where i did not realize the address is out of their service coverage...i started to worry when the parcel stuck at the post office for more than 2 weeks...but after some email correspondence and special arrangement, my receiver finally got the parcel...

i know many complaints on poslaju but so far i find it the best value haha...

Dear all, how should I go into complaining their service on product inside the package get tempered?

I have informed the sender and we have come to an agreement that it is almost impossible the product surface get a deep scratch while being protected inside a rather hard plastic casing. I acknowledged the product to be fine with photo from this trustworthy sender.

Thank you all in advance.

But what about the package? Is it tempered?
If it isn't, then am afraid the seller cheated you.

The seller did not put into a box and seal it. The items were put into the plastic wrapper from Pos Laju. Most likely it was being hit by a heavy object, resulting in scratch.
*
if the items are easily scratched, i'm afraid it's the seller responsibility to wrap it properly to protect it. Your seller knows it's easily scratched yet did not put in any box to protect it?

The seller should bubble-wrap it or something, because you can't expect the post officers to know what's inside and that it's fragile right? as long as the plastic wrapper has no sign of being forced open, then i don't see that the post officers did wrong...

if you send a glass via poslaju for example, if you just put the glass in the plastic wrapper without box and bubble-padded, do you expect the glass to reach the receiver in good condition? think about it....

anyway...what you can do is make a complain to poslaju and pray that your seller did include insurance for the package...

but imho, in this scenario, is the seller's fault...

Today I go pos laju and pos out one clothes using medium flyer (below 500 gm of course ) It charge me RM6 including tax .
I want to ask what if I pos 3 or 4 pack of medium flyer inside only one clothes in the same time, It will charge me RM6 per pack also ?
Abit confusing at here , want to ask counter people but they too busy @@
because if medium flyer also charge me RM6 ,why I dont buy RM6 prepaid pack better @@  icon_question.gif

Thanks for anyone who replied me  biggrin.gif

Depends on your need....

Prepaid RM6 is bubble-wrapped but also smaller size...

If your cloths can't fit you need to take large prepaid RM9, but might as well you take the medium flyer...

The non-prepaid envelope, like the medium flyer here, depends on location...

If you post to address within same postcode range, the rate might be cheaper, about RM4.50~ only...
But if post to other state, usually is RM6....

today my husband helped sent a package (300g) from sarawak to kl. usually it's rm8.60 but today the staff asked him what's inside. he said cosmetic then got charged rm10 n it's a blue slip instead of the usual orange. anyone knows why?
*
blue slip (or blue flyer) is the prepaid envelope for semenanjung-sabah/sarawak.
it's flat rate RM10 for size S (max 500g).

i think maybe the staff think the cosmetic is fragile...coz blue flyer is bubble-padded...
