Take a few days to process when arrive. Just wait.

KIV item need to wait for poslaju to sent to you. cannot collect.

Here example happen to me.
I apply credit card. Card and pin will be sent to home address at the same time by the bank but the pin need to be KIV at post office.
So the card arrive 1st, I need to activate the card. Then 2 weeks after that I receive the pin (with the word KIV and a mention date when can sent to me).

That for my credit card. I not sure what item is yours.

Peti surat is the box at your house or your own post box in condo/apartment.



PO Box is Post Office Box - box at post office or at some company provide the services, which you can rent.

Who say Poslaju so slow... poslaju use time machine now... (today is 10/01/16)

When sending using poslaju at pos office, the tracking is depend on how the seller sent the item.
- If seller have account with poslaju, the tracking normally only appear when item reach PPL.
- if seller using prepaid envelope and bought in advance, tracking also appear later on the same day or next day.
- if seller buy prepaid envelope when want to sent the item, tracking normally will immediately because when paying for the prepaid, the clerk will keyin the details that time. I always do this method.
- if seller sent in post office that have a dedicated poslaju counter, tracking will immediate.

that only some example based on my exp.

Some post office have a cut off time for poslaju item, normally at 11am - 2pm. If item sent after that, poslaju van won't collect until the next day.

If some case, no tracking at all.

My item, sent from Balakong, went to JB and back to KL again..

Happen to 1 of my parcel, stuck at shah alam since 30th June. Call them up last week on Monday and they say some item will be delivered after raya. I received yesterday.

You should call Pos if not receive in 1 week max. If item can't be delivered, Pos will return to sender in 1 week.

No la.. but depend on item, small item can pass through. All items from oversea will get screening first. So far any item i bought from China (sometime routed using Singapore) only detain with Custom for 2 days. 3rd day already arrive at home. Last week I received 5 items from China, yesterday 1 item from Turkey.

So far I never heard tax apply to export item. Insurance depend the courier you use, destination and value. If you sending using poslaju, better go to Poslaju centre not Post Office. Only Poslaju centre will know the insurance value.
