This morning I woke up from a strange, probably bad, dream.
I was eating fried food that my mom made, not sure whether it was banana or plain cucur, anyways it was very crunchy. So I asked my mom how she made it so crispy. Since she was still frying some more, I decided to take a peek. Behold, there was a piece of plastic on each batter droplet that she put in the frying oil! I quipped "don't tell me that's plastic straw that you wrapped on each of them" She said "No! It's not straw, I just cut out the pieces of plastic bag (the ones usually used for putting in kuih or other foodstuff) in long strips and tie it around the batter." I was like "Oh. my. God…" Then I woke up from the dream, feeling groggy. So thanks /k/, for sharing this info. It gave me a good nightmare to wake up from! |
