I think wayneraul posted picture below which is similar to our local free flipcase but if look at the left side flip carefully, there is a small clamp like plastic. And the 4 corners seems to have some extra protection, not like our free flipcase.

i think expansys there got quite a lot of samsung original accessories if you are looking for them. Else, nothing much. They flocked over to JB to buy Note actually.

Is there an android app working like file explorer that can let us access the network drive - like a share network folder or NAS? So we can browse the files and open it (docs, spreadsheet, pdf files) and play like mp3 and video files.

it is a "feature" of the S Pen so that the Pen won't block the view of the stuff that you are drawing.

So is there a voice search bug in Note loaded with 2.3.5 which bother you? If not, why need to update?

where did you get the info that 2.3.6 will solve the pen accuracy problem? If you updated to HK 2.3.6 manually via root and flash, can consider warranty void. Yes, if you really concern about the pen accuracy, go back to service centre to complain.

i think it is more accurate to monitor your battery life over the entire usage - i.e. should see how many total hours that the full 100% last you rather than just monitor it by the hour.

that's the calibration problem. Once you fully charge and fully discharge (until it auto-off) a few times, you will notice this will not happen again and the battery life will become more linear and accurate.

that's why i always advocate for battery calibration in the first few charges of a new battery.

but the problem is Samsung Product registration online does not update the Note in their model list yet. And they ask for Warranty card number and i checked the small tiny piece of "warranty card" in my box, there is NO number there. stupid betul!!!!! thus i straight away click the "Contact Us" via email and fire away.

just for info to those interested in getting a mobile battery booster - the Sanyo 5,000mA (model at my sig) cannot fully charge my Note from 1%. It charged up to 90%+ only (cannot remember the exact percentage) and it took a loooooog time, 5-6 hours iirc. Will do another test charge in coming days.

EDIT: I am not using the Note when charging but WiFi and all other auto-sync is on.

the warranty card is the tiny paper (about 3.5cm x 3.5cm) with the words only can be read using a microscope.

any DiGi users got the sms warranty? Still haven't received any reply from the inquiry i submitted at Samsung Malaysia support web site yesterday.
