Hi all,

Previously I am using Samsung Omnia 2 and had backup using MS ActiveSync. The file extension is .WBU. I had tried to restore to my Samsung Note through KIES but fail to identify .WBU.

Anyone here that can help? Thank you.

for the warranty issue, i got the same problem as well. i bought my note on 12 nov and till now the digi center havent register for me yet. The warranty card number is located where? couldnt find it on the card itself. And there is no Galaxy Note in the product list. What the heck?!

You can try this, at 1st my S-Pen accuracy no problem, after few days when I use I see the offset problem as what you guy seeing. Try below:

Go Setting > Pen Settings > Dominant hand > If Right chage to Left, if Left change to Right > press return button until home page > Press & hold the button on you S-Pen then touchs(hold your s-pen 90) the Home page screen to print screen > tried to draw something on the printed screen(NO need to hold your s-pen 90) > no need to save just go back to Home Page > Go Setting > Pen Settings > Dominant hand > If Right chage to Left, if Left change to Right > press return button until home page > Press & hold the button on you S-Pen then touchs(hold your s-pen 90) the Home page screen to print screen > tried to draw something on the printed screen (NO need to hold your s-pen 90), this has solve my problem, no more offset problem till now.

No harm to try. Hope this will help. Don't know the theory behind, don't ask me.

the warranty card is the tiny paper (about 3.5cm x 3.5cm) with the words only can be read using a microscope.

any DiGi users got the sms warranty? Still haven't received any reply from the inquiry i submitted at Samsung Malaysia support web site yesterday.

When writing either right or left handed, there must be some angle(that's reason you need to select right or left hand), if you normally write in 90degree to the screen, then need to ask Samsung to add one more 90degree option.
