one of the Block B carpark lifts has been out of order for a couple of months already, anyone knows what is stopping the management so long to fix it? The management put up a notice stating they are "fixing" it but nothing is being done.

Not just Block B. Same for Block C. At times both Block C carpark lifts were down and I hav to use Block B lift sad.gif
The lifts are still under developer responsibility and u know how they work

to all block B & C owners out there,

a group of concerned block B & C owners have started a campaign to seek Block B&C owners' signature to:
1) complain to MKland on the Block B&C common areas defects that remain unfixed (warranty is expiring in Oct'16, 24 months after VP);
2) reminder to MKland's lawyer to withhold the 2.5% retention sum pending the satisfactorily resolution of complaints.

The letters are currently available for signature at
a) management office;
b) block B ground floor;
c) block C ground floor.

Please read the letters before you sign. Kindly include your full name and unit number for parcel ownership validation. Deadline to sign the 2 letters is by latest 5 June 2016 (Sunday).

p/s: There is a whatsapp chat group set up for this purpose, i'm not the Admin but you can pm me so i can forward your name, unit & hp number to be included in the group.

When will the dash highway start construction?

Location wise - it is good but I heard the quality not so good - but as with many other developments
its all the same just how bad it is..

Is there a unit sized 1400sqft in block C? I saw an ad for it. Just thought it's strange coz AFAIK there is no 1400sqft unit in block C right?

Hi, I am a new Owner here, and wanted to reno my unit, I have a question for the Grill (gate) of the unit, My unit Grill Opens towards the corridor (outwards) but then I realize that some unit open inwards towards the wooden door and some outwards like mine, I wanted to know what is the right direction that the gate should open ? is there any rules ? because I dont plan to change it, Will I screw up my reno deposit if it was the previous owner that changes the opening direction?

Is the current market price of block B/C in Dec 2022 above or below the original developer sell price ?
