My unit is Block B and my priority is sell off but at the moment market price is very competitive, so i am planning to rent out. May i know fully furnished including what facilities? Sorry to ask because this is my 1st time renting out.

I haven't received any feedback on the valuation report from agents. I don't think agents are keen to sell. 820k is the ideal price to cover all the losses (bank penalty, govn tax, progressive loan interest, agent fee...etc). The profit margin is less than 5% of the purchase price. I guess all the owners are trapped except those are bought for own stay.

Check whether Time fiber internet is available. cheaper and faster speed.

May i know what is the rental rate for Block B with basic and fully furnished?
