I went and check and they still have leftover unit for block B. Discount stays at 15%.
After you offset the discount, the net price is only RM 620k for 1150sf or RM 539/sf. On top of that, they still offer you aircond. Though they dont give you DIBS but the construction already 50% complete. This means you already enjoy 50% DIBS. Isnt this a bargain consider the locality? Mutiara Damansara already asking for 800-1000psf! |

yes. when im at sales office that day give deposit..
upon signing, already dont have 15 % discount.. but i still manage to get that. now pending for loan.. heard alot of bad comment.. now started feel regret... |
