yes. when im at sales office that day give deposit..
upon signing, already dont have 15 % discount.. but i still manage to get that.
now pending for loan..
heard alot of bad comment.. now started feel regret...

the developer late hand- over key,
water leaking,
bad finished up
bad management office
the price of the condo not worth it..etc...

WHY??????
and saw few guys (dont know what race / nationality they are) swimming playing around next to the badminton hall...
and blacks hanging around in the pub area there...

I had african blacks fren..

just that the condo will bcome not tht valuable if too many blacks around there.

what kind of ppl / nationality also nevermind..
just dont kacau and make our condo nicely, then is fine..

this unit we buy for own stay, so abit concern on that

ya.. it really hard to stop ppl renting out.
just hope that the management can be more strict.
the pool area there really very dirty nowaday compare the 1st & 2nd times i visit

management fees also will calculate interest if pay late????
