Now the older blocks A, E, F, standard unit 1095 sq ft already approaching 700k.
New blocks will worth more in sub sales market

Wah..not bad..price appreciate steadily. I reckon that this 2 new block will push up the subsales price especially for the older block F, E, A and D.
Later when the MRT complete at Mutiara, price will go up further?

Possible if dash is not up.. Right now the infamous DASH highway is proposed to be cutting right in front of msq, facing Citibank . So those units at Citibank row will be fscing the highway , since it's an elevated highway , I wonder how bad the impact for residents will be 😤😖

Block c & block b should be the best looking building among metropolitan square, price surely will be from 700k & above, demand also will be better due to front row are affected by Dash, heard hand over in early november !!!

Dear Friends and Neighbours of Petaling Jaya, especially to Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Desa Temuan and Kota Damansara,

Damansara Shah Alam Elevated Highway (Dash) is inserted into Petaling Jaya City Plans (RTPJ2).

Dash will affect Damansara Perdana as a whole from construction to post construction.

We have until 5th September, 2014 (Friday) to object to the amendments.

Silent means consent.

We need media to hear us.

We are planning a Press Conference to be held on:

Date: on 1st September, 2014 (Monday)
Time: at 8.00 pm
Venue: at Multipurpose Hall, Block 3, Perdana Emerald Serviced Condominium (building right opposite Metropolitan Square, next to Ritze Perdana 2).

It is NOT just the residents we are engaging. We are appealing to commercial businesses and business owners, too. All will be impacted for sure.

Attached are NO TO DASH flyers for your attention and participation.

Secondly, i think its hard to compare Block B n C over the rest as they are the latest units. However, I do think they are worth the premium as they are with different layout and better finishing materials used, I have seen the bare units (MK Land's sales agent will gladly bring u there when they good mood). Views also better as some r facing the hill.

Most of the MK land projects delayed and not delivered on time, it is no surprise that the sales staffs have no clue when will it be Vped.

Im suprised looking at the speed of the construction of this 2 new blocks. In fact most of the earlier blocks are completed within the time frame but the same cannot be said for their other project especially Armanee Terrace. I cannot imagine the amount of LAD that they have to pay.

Their Rafflesia - Lake Front Villa at DP also got some delay.

To me despite the delays and the sharing of common facilities, i reckon AT is value buy considering the asking price in terms psf and the location. You cant get any cheaper especially within the vicinity.
Their workmanship is not good but if go and see others like empire, villamas and the rest u will feel mk is not too bad either.
