I think if the absolute price is 900+ psf then ok la..Looking back at the first thread, the term 'TTDI' for Naza TTDI is part of most of their projects (excl KL metropolis n Platinum Park). It's like Tropicana corp using Tropicana for all their products but this ascencia is opposite the real TTDI la.. But i don't quite like the surrounding cemetery n sewage plant nearby (not sure abt the smell if any). |

But facing east will be facing the MRT so it can be a bit noisy.
