do you think 1000psf property can flip after completion?
Nowadays reputable developer also want to sell future rate.
Target oversea customer, not every local people can afford premium rate

Hi folks, i have on hand a 1022 sqft unit in GDR, Tower A and bought an additional carpark too. PM me if interested, not an agent. :)

I called in yesterday, they claim 70% sold, 830sqft units still available...pricing between 1100-1200 psf with 5% rebate and DIBS too. Still more than 1K...

Those that can afford such high value property will buy TG....

Glomac is just too near the cemetery... I am not keen to stay near a cemetery.

Uptown is already old and the shoplots located there are aging...

My 2 cents opinion - note I am not vested in either 3.

According to ex-colleague, Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte is relocating from D.Uptown to Menara LGB opposite TTDI Ascencia.

Alot of double storey terrace in D Utama are renting to fresh accountant grads. Auditors are expected to travel to client's place. Clients are expected to visit tax office.

Menara LGB looks like going to VP soon, they have put up a huge signboard at the junction to turn into Astana Damansara for a long time sourcing for tenants

Any idea when vp?

If you accept the argument that both are 1 room and one 762 sf and one 500 sf, if you want to get RM2000 or more rental per month, which one easier?
