I think Alienware is not a battery gaming laptop at all. With all those high end processors and GPUs you can expect it to work flawless on battery. I think battery if just for stand by.

guys I want suggestion on warranty extension for my M17xR4. Do you think it's good to get ur warranty renewed? seeing that it doesnt cost cheap to do so. Wht are the chances of something spoiling by itself inside my laptop, seeing that complete care won't be renewed, only NBD will be.

QUOTE(hakim_vs @ Mar 15 2013, 11:03 PM) Hi alienware user.. Kind of expensive. Take quote from different people to decide. I'd suggest get a 6months old used alienware. Since Dell warranty is good, you can replace parts if thr is any fault.I intend to buy a gaming laptop and i have get quotation from alienware sales person for m14x r2 for RM 5,288.00.The specs should be like below : -3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM Processor (6MB Cache, up to 3.4GHz w/ Turbo Boost 2.0) -12GB 1600MHZ DDR3 SDRAM (1 x 4G + 1 x 8G) - 32GB mSATA MiniCard (Caching) + 1TB 5400RPM Hard Drive - 2 GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce®GT 650M using NVIDIA Optimus I would like to know if this specs worth my money and can this system plays Battlefield 3 , skyrim etc on high or ultra setting ... |
