That I'm not sure how it works for Malaysia alienware. because i read in other forum for US customer there's already a spare interposer even if you just customize you AW for single HD. Open and check your AW if you only have 1 interposer..

Your's is M17x too? check your machine if it has interposer. dell rep told me i have to buy it from them.. that sucks considering that i have warranty from them.

Hello Aliens! Need to ask you guys opinion. Should i buy the Aurora R4 or the M17x R4. I'm in dilemma right now whether to go for desktop or laptop. Both specs looks awesome and tempting. please help   |

As per dell, yes you can replace the parts and will not void the warranty. only time it will be voided if the Hardware causes the machine to have problems. Hopefully you got your interposer on that machine.. me still waiting for dell.. for the quotation. |
