On my way Senior Member 668 posts Joined: Nov 2011 From: Malaysia	I've been using my phone for a week now, and there's something that has happened to my smartphone around 3 times. Last 2 times, when I was running Facebook, Twitter & Music it suddenly lagged and my touch screen couldn't react at all. I clicked the menu & back button, it didn't respond as well. I even clicked the Home button but nothing happened. Today, I was playing Brother In Arms 2 and suddenly my screen went disabled. I couldn't click the back, home or menu button either. Even the Power button did not work. I had to pop out the battery and put it back in to make the screen work back. Anyone can tell me why is this happening? Should I go to the shop to check my smartphone? I've rooted my device by the way.

Because the other day I cut my finger nails and I didn't make it smooth so it was pretty rough and sharp, then when I was typing on my Galaxy W, the screen protector got scratched.
