Hi guys, i seem to have a problem with my
iPhone, it says that I have no SIM card installed. My phone is a year old, and it has been working fine until today. Anyone know a fix to this or any shop that I could go to and fix it? Thanks guys!

I already claim at maxis. They dont have stock in hand for now. Need to wait 7-14 days. But i was told that, if u on 16gb, maybe u can get replacement more than 14 days as the stock is limited. Luckily i have 32gb black.. hope can get in within the time given..

im also claim mine just now..its so simple dude..just bring your phone and service card..1.get to info conter,tell them,they give u waiting number 2. wait for a while 3. then get to your counter number, told them whats the prob 4. they just said 'you need to leave your phone+service card, we will replace with other set, wait for 7-14 days, give me your ic, ask about you already backup or not the data, and if yes, reset the iphone.

thats all... and NO a bit*h saying that you are not the owner or bla bla bla.......just simple and professional

well yea thats for Maxis.... Try Digi and you'll be like "wtf bit*h i am holding a warranty card and phone why the hell do u still need a receipt" lol

wow glad it works out well... anyway they will probably replace it earlier then the time. I dont think it will be more then 2 weeks

Just sent mine in earlier. Weird the lady kept insisting that I will be receiving a new unit with sealed box. Hmmmph.

Did anybody changed their i4s battery to bigger capacity?

well replacement unit is in a sealed box and its new but it's called refurbish.

Probably what she meant was sealed in a green maxis box or white box I think.

Guys, please help. I got a Iphone 4S with the latest updated iOS 7.0.4.

Well, i had encountered with the problem of the phone was keep under searching mode("searching the carrier signal"). **IT WASN'T "NO SIM CARD" issue**.

After trouble shooting, 1st i tot is SIM CARD problem, but i had changed my sim card to other Iphone, it works well without any problem.
THEN, it must be my Iphone problem.
Steps which i took:-
1.) FORMAT my iphone, but i can't turn off "FIND MY IPHONE", so fail to restore.

2.) Secondly, i go for recovery procedure, well, it restore halfway, come out with ERROR 1.

3.) I know there is a way to cancel recovery by going through few steps, but unfortunately it still the same.

OH GOSH~~ Guys, i wonder this is SOFTWARE or HARDWARE problem? ANYONE face such problem before?

FYI: my iPHONE is still in RECOVERY PROCEDURE.

AFAIK, error 1 is related to baseband ic problem. That is why it affected your signal problem.

Hey peeps, I've been using my 5S for barely 2 weeks and I noticed something wrong with my cellular data. Whenever I'm in an area with no signal(i.e. basement parking lot) the cellular data(gprs to lte) is not detected automatically once signal is restored. I'd have to reset the signal, usually by turning airplane mode on and off, then only the cellular data will be detected. Thing is, whenever I on and off airplane mode, the signal and cellular data has no problem being detected, pretty quick actually.
So I'm wondering if this is a hardware issue or just a bug. I'd really hate to have to send my phone in to Apple.

I got problem with my iphone 4. I can't remember the IOS version and I not update the IOS for the very long time.

The problem is my iphone suddenly went black/turn off. I can assure the battery is still full. Already tried charging but nothing happened.

And I can't do the soft reset because my home button is not function. All these while I using the assertive touch

Anybody experience this before? what I need to do?
