Hi, my iphone 5 power button broke down. Is it advisable to send it for warranty or just repair it outright? Because I don't want to wait for warranty because it takes time but repair it outright cost some money. Pls advice. Thanks.

Since its under warranty is better send in for a new one. The only drawdown is getting a refurbished set instead of a new one.

my 4s having alot of problem after update to ios 6... battery drain so fast and wifi cannot turn on... >.<

Its common for may people after updating the software. Nothing can be done for wifi problem with software. The only solution is by changing the wifi chip.
Nevertheless, you can wait for the next softwre update. Might able to solve your problem.

I've been having problems locking & unlocking my iPhone 5 with the power button since 2 months ago...
It's getting worst and now it takes me pressing the power button for more than 10 times to make it lock & unlock my iPhone 5.
Any of you facing this issue? Hv you got any solution to this than sending it in for replacement? Thanks in advanced for replying. Cheers!

Its a common problem, either send your device for warranty claim or replace the power flex. smile.gif

My iphone 4 screen sensor had spoil, i cant even press on the related area.. There is the whole row (start on top of home botton till the headset hole there). Only the middle row of my iphone cant press or sense anything.

Few days before i still able to type normally and nothing happen... till yesterday realize it's very difficult to press the middle row (like t,v,b, space bar). I need to use a lot of strength to press on the screen only able to detect. But this morning is totally gone...
Shit.. I restart my phone, i cant press 5, 0, 2 these number, i can't unlock my phone sim card now.

Any solution? even i update my IOS and restore still same.
What is the price if change the screen?

Hi,

My husband's IPhone 4 is experiencing no sound when call out or call in. Other functions in FaceTime, games, ITunes, ring tones etc has no problem at all. Tried to google the solution ie reset to factory settings, update latest iOS, keep clicking on speaker, etc. but no avail. FYI, this is not a jb phone.

Appreciate any insight on this issue whether it's a hardware problem and any solution. Thanks in advance.

You are saying the other party cannot hear your husband voice during call?

its due to audio IC problem. This happens during GSM call only. Most prolly impact from droppage.
For a permanent solution is by changing this chip ya.

Process will take say at least for a day for chip changing. Cost for IC chip is above RM200. Those below RM200 sure is by adding in jumper only which cannot last long.
*Subjective to where you get it fixed
