hi..
i got ip 3gs..but now can't slide to unlock the phone..what should i repair or replace?already done all the way to repair this from intrnet..but all of them no effect..no more warranty cos bought 2nd hand..

Is your problem same as youtube's iPhone prob? If yes, you need to change the digitizer. Digitizer is included touch panel + glass. Dont just buy glass.

DIY yourself is definitely cheaper if you were to seek service from outside. An estimation cost ranging from 70- 150 depending on where you get it fixed.

hm..i dont know how to do it..can i post my phone to u n u fix it?now at perlis..hard to find shop that can fix iphone..if ok,how much for the total cost?

Mine is 3gs and last week my phone fall on the floor....now the left hand side of the touch screen not working anymore..it means half of the screen cant sense anything....my screen no crack...but i can pull out the whole piece of that touch screen out with ribbon attached...now need use voice control to call out just can unlock the phone...need help and advice... cry.gif

Your problem is similar to thirdgun. Do not separate the touch panel yet ! As it may affect LCD. Post a picture of your iPhone is good to lead.

sorry bro, i now using cheap phone without camera... cry.gif camera left it at hometown... cry.gif donno what happened....the touch screen only spoil 1 side...supposed to be whole touch screen spoil rite ? hmm.gif

It's hard to predict. Dead spot or strips happens by itself or human fault (dropped or water damaged). You are unluckily where you need to change the whole touch panel even thou no visible crack.

Hi, I just dropped my iphone 4 on the tarmac and it shattered the iphone 4 display cry.gif. Picture as attached.

I buy the phone from Maxis btw. Is it possible to get them to repair my phone and at what cost?And if not are there any reputable shop that can repair/replace my display? Thank you for your advice icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

Charges from maxis would be around rm600. You can get it replaced outside from rm200 -rm400 depending on the shop. smile.gif

mygf had a 3gs, currently always rebooting itself evry 2-3 mins..un-jb it and update to ios5.0.1 still the same..whats the problem with it?

hi guys, i noticed my i4's speaker volume is very soft even tho i had turned the volume up to loudest. especially when i'm playing videos i recorded from my phone, and when i am typing messages. compared to one of my friend's i4 hers is very loud... still un-sure if its my speaker problem or not..... wondering how much would it cost to fix it?
