yes but i dropped it on a carpet floor and i was using cleave bumper and it wasn't so high. so i think it's not because of that....

Problem occurs after dropping? Have you try restoring to factory setting? If still not able to fix it, recommend you to send over to warranty if still available.

On the other side, prepare for a backup plan to DIY or send for repair if warranty not longer available. Possible cause is the speaker enclosure.

Refurbished set mean its still under supervision from your carrier,which is fully covered until your contract ends (2 years) *just like your current iPhone warranty ends.

Suggest you to get flex button replacement.Its the best way to solve.

Suggest you to retry restoring the iOS fully (right shift + restore) on iTunes NOT by reset all setting on iPhone.
