Finally...getting mine. Will post the picture later. Next Target is Transformer Prime. Someone told me that Maxis had terminated the contract with Samsung-No wonder they didn't offer the SG Note when it was released.

would be awesome if you could compare your NEXUS and NOTE   brows.gif

IMHO.. Please dont flame

MULTI MEDIA GNex 7 GNote 10 - GNote has the SD Card option with the most satisfying Large Screen Size and Can Play Almost All Video Formats (through third party apps)

PICTURE GNex 6 GNote 9 - GNex has almost no delay speed for Camera Capture but on quality wise, it losses in terms of Quality for both Picture and Video Capture

COMPATIBILITY GNex 5 GNote 9 - ICS is still considered as a new OS and most of my current apps are not working at all with it

BATTERY GNex 6 GNote 7 - This might be a bias review as I own the GNex for less than a day, but its battery had reached 80% of usage from 9am-8pm with normal usage of Sych, E-Mail and Web Surfing. While my GNote can hold its battery for almost a day of usage.

PORTABILITY GNex 10 GNote 6 - It is a pain in the ass to carry the GNote in a tight jeans and even for normal pants, I have to take it out from my pocket before sitting down

USABILITY GNex 10 GNote 7 - I do not encounter any lag at all while testing the interface and application in GNex, compared with a slight lag at GNote. I can assure u that the experience is as good as iOS and I believe this is the strength of this new Android OS.

FEATURES GNex 10 GNote 8 - GNex have almost all the new technology that are available today including NFC and IMHO, it encourages us to adopt the Cloud Technology especially for the Sync Function. Note: It has led function for Message Reminder too

GENERAL GNex 8 GNote 10 - Everything seems readily available in the GNote such like Calendar and To-do widget without having to download from Android Market

I will not comment in terms of the Look as Both are comparable for me. Lastly, Please dont flame and I might be wrong on certain points as this is based on my less than aday experience for GNex and about 2 weeks exp with the GNote.

True, this is subjective however. Some people just thinks Note's size is a major plus. silencer just happens to be one of them.  biggrin.gif

Maybe because my line of work requires 90 pct of my time to communicate through email. Phone function is hardly being used..especially when all of my regular and verbal communication is handled by my SEXY secretary drool.gif

Surprisingly that GNote get good receptions, even from Asian's size. biggrin.gif

I wear Dockers pants (known for their loose cutting), which I think with GNote in the front pocket will definitely hinder me from squating down.

And God forbids, 1 hand swyping just won't work for me on GNote too, thumb not long enough. *let's pretend I wasn't driving now tongue.gif*

Maybe because I am using my Tab extensively, so GNote just doesn't seem that attractive to me anymore.

Just... can't... reach...

Like my great grandfather always like to say "Never reply the sms and Drive @the same time"... joke..joke
But frankly, Im in luv with the beauty image of my GNote and everytime I look at my GNex, it always remind me back of that physical features

that's a really weird glitch, something to do with signal?

not the first bad Umobile feedback I've gotten so far, my friend's call quality on Umobile has some problem too. When it works, it works flawlessly, when it don't, the call volume become so low, you can't hear what he says at all. =/

So far has the glitch returned after switching to Maxis?
*
Frankly there are other glitches too ... such as inserting wrong associated email address from the contact list and the spelling recommendation is not working all of the time.

Google already blocked the sync function to facebook account for privacy matter.

It is suck when the fb contacts list appear in my GNex contact list with no details at all. If they want to block it, they shouldn't let the list appear with no details at all in the phone Contact list. This is not the right way to pursue even if they so desperate to promote Google+ Social Network.
The battery power really let me down, can only last from 9am - 6pm with normal usage. No wonder the launching of GNex in Taiwan includes the promotion of free battery.

Still good battery life on mine. today from 9am till came back at 11pm tonight. FB, Twitter, Foursquare, installed and tested NFS Shift and Game Dev Story from the 10 cent promo, watched 10 minutes of Tekken Blood Vengeance movie on it, surfed plenty in between, sporadic reading on Amazon Kindle app(continuing on the Steve Jobs bio book), listening to music with screen off during non-activity and in transport, arrived home with 11% battery left.

Maybe I got a magic Nexus! biggrin.gif
*
I do wonder why mine wont last that long doh.gif

Excerpt from Samsung Galaxy Nexus review: Battery life and connectivity

The upshot is that if you don't use the Samsung Galaxy Nexus that much, then you'll be happy with the battery. We noticed about a 3% drain per hour when the phone was in standby, and that was with background sync running.

But as soon as you bring up that display, prepare to see battery go down up to 10% in 30 minutes - maybe more with the processor whirring away if you're using an app that needs a lot of power. If you're watching videos on the way to work and have a particularly long journey, you'll be screaming blue murder by lunchtime.
