I bought a unit at BLOCK C.  I wonder if the project could be finished by December 2015 or even earlier.  I intend to register my kid to the SRJK © Desa Jaya 2, Sri Damasara which will commence schooling in year 2016.  I am in a dilemma.  How if my unit not ready yet by then?  I suppose I have to rent a place.

You won't get sd school without utilities bill/ snp at sd address.

I am staying in Rawang now.  And my kid is being taken care of by my parents. My kid will turn 7 in year 2016. And next year I have to register my kid to the school.  My big dilemma, in Rawang, or in Sri Damansara

Just someone who trying to relate every landslide happened in Malaysia to this project.

I heard the phase 2 will be RM800psf not RM700psf. Size from 1200 sqft to 2000 sqft (Duplex + double volume).

I would prefer the Phase 2 to be launched in 2015. SO that there is an enough gap of Phase 1 and 2 supplies in the market. Otherwise, too many units available in the market, not good for rental and sub sales market.

Sales update: 65 units unsold for Phase 1 (mainly left Block C+D), of which 15 units purchasers trying on loan. So only left 50 units to choose from.

Phase 2, will postponed and launch next year.
The forest facilities such as Tea House, Flying Fox are under construction now.

The issue need to be addressed is why the current contractor will not be involved with the Phases 3 and 4 construction works.

Maybe the Developer thinks that the quality of works by the existing Contractor in Phases 1 and 2 is not up to the Developer's requirements therefore the Developer wish to appoint China contractor  or it was because the Developer was a bad paymaster therefore the existing Contractor refused to accept appointment for works in Phases 3 and 4.
