LnG or Mayland do not have the track records or history of build highrises and collasped in the past, and u said it is possible, and LnG or Mayland cannot handle it. Thus u need to prove your argument.

A guy is innnocent until u can prove it guity.  We can't just simply shoot in the air.

Just bcoz u vested in the project n ur little late to back out doesnt mean u should totally reject the idea. LnG doesnt hv a comprehensive knowledge on high rise structure on hill, nor does it appoint a world class advisor on soil structure. Local expertise is still not good enough. DONT take the chance!

Rehda is fighting to remove the bumi quota for all development except for property below RM500k.

From my understanding, when the developer ask the land office to release the bumi quota, the difference sums of bumi discount need to pay to land office, then developer will add the cost to the released bumi units and applies it on non bumi purchasers.
