QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Feb 23 2014, 10:51 PM) There was an Orang Asli settelement there at the hillside, who live there for many generations. To the eyes of the Orang Asli, the houses which built 20 years ago were the eye sore to the orang Asli. Picture of a Temuan Orang Asli house located up in the Bukit Lanjan forest...And now the current residents who live for 20 years think the newly build condo will be the eye-sore to them, which prove your theory right, ppl are tends to be selfish, blaming others but not themselves..... QUOTE(Kvsual @ Apr 14 2014, 09:47 PM) Yeap, but hopefully by that the developer wont be cutting cost of construction, using sub-quality of material on the development since during the construction period, the cost of construction definitely increase further. Hope wont from luxury condo become medium one. Did developer represent that this is a luxury condo? Hehe... |

QUOTE(zeroshift @ Apr 15 2014, 10:09 AM) Wonder how much will they be selling for the new phase...Since currently they are already selling at 600 psqft... Every new block increase by 50 psqft, by the time they launch the last phase, it will be easily over 1000 psqft if according to the way they increase price.... http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...-land-acq.aspx/The Foresta Phase 2, consisting two condominium towers of 452 units, has a target gross development value of RM500mil. “The units are between 1,200 sq ft (sf) to 2,000 sf and while we have not finalised the selling price as it will be launched a year from now, we’re estimating a range from RM700 per sf.” |

QUOTE(GravityFi3ld @ Apr 15 2014, 11:47 AM) did they allocate parking bays for each unit, is it 1 bay per unit? I can't imagine how bad traffic would be in the morning when everyone will be squeezing to get to work, not to mention the route to LDP is already so insanely congested in the morning.. 2 bays per unitDeveloper required to expand current road from 2 lanes to 4 lanes |
