just some ppl feel DF very high density.. total block and unit for 4 pharse / 21acres..
but many also dont feelit or else will not haveso many ppl buying..

jln kuching royal domain,royal regent that call high density.. small land with so many block and unis

4 phases

phase 1 = 4 blocks ( almost sold out )

phase 2 = 2 block ( duplex and large unit )

phase 3 & 4 = 8 blacks?

Just went thr sales gallery
Block A left 2unit (high floor ) , block B sold out
Block c and d still hv around 20-30 high floor units

All block lowest floor reserved not for sale

Went to view setia sky... 5acre land with 880 unit luxury condo
Nice facilities but no forest as DF but with city enviroment

Seem like high density unit become a trend d ? Min land more unit earn more
DF, fennel, setia sky...

mah sing have new development at Sg buloh - D'sar aSentral... seem like sg buloh and SD will going big development in this few year after the MRT project... maybe traffic will become worse again next time...

You can se damansara perdana so many tree/forest been cutted to build houses
DF also using forest land?

Templer park forest also kena cutted to build road and banglow
