just some ppl feel DF very high density.. total block and unit for 4 pharse / 21acres..
but many also dont feelit or else will not haveso many ppl buying..

mostly phase two price start from 600-700psf

duplex aim for different market.. RM840k - 1.4M ...
if still with 8% rebate.. selling fast again?
