So , do i need to post the physical cash to u or the usual online buying whereby that u provide ur full name, account number and contact detail....once i send the bank-in receipt and my correspondence address/phone/e-mail to u, u will provide the goods to the particular address?

I already bank in the money since Monday, 28/12/2015 for the requested item.

Today, you give me the tracking number without telling me whether its pos laju or pos malaysia

Then i try to check with both pos laju and pos malaysia and there was no record for the tracking number that you gave.

Is it the correct tracking number ? I pm you but there was no response, pls enlightened me on this, tq...

The tracking number is correct. I do not control how Pos Laju or Pos Malaysia work. It is up to them when they gonna enter the tracking into the system. And the fact is, I am not quite sure whether it is your first time encountering tracking number. The tracking number I gave starts with EP, which means Pos Laju prepaid system, they can enter the code into the system slowly after working hours if they wish since prepaid means the sender already paid earlier on, they do not need to calculate postage and scan on spot.

Believe it or not, you will receive your item. I certainly do not need to run away with your payment.

Here, do yourself a favor, right at the first row of description.

Hello seller.....i am just asking whether the tracking number is a correct one or there is typo error...i have quite a number of buying here in lowyat and other online buying and this is the 1st time that when i check with the tracking number, there was no record ....i do not control how Pos Laju or Pos Malaysia work either.....and its not my business too when they will enter the tracking number in the system.....as far as i am concern , i enter the tracking number no record shown....i pm you 1st but no reply....Not in any way that i accuse you of running with my payment....its only cost a peanut.... Nobody will be richer or poorer by that amount.....but i can assure myself that you are the most unfriendly seller that i encountered so far in the net..... And for now its not matter whether i received the item or not....

So again, your meaning of no reply means you expect to get instant reply I presume?

you are the seller and its your duty to serve us as a customer with certain expectation.... Do you think that u are doing a favour to ur customer by selling the product or the customer doing a favor by buying you your product? Please revisit again your marketing etiquette if you have any formal education on that bro...i dont need to bring it to dispute for that matter....its not worth my time to dispute for something worth a peanut.....good luck for your business and i rest my case...... I am not interested to dwelling any further on this.....u already have elements of 'mens rea' on ur assumption in our personal message whereby my simple query is that whether u give the correct tracking numbers or not....and not in any way of accusing u anything..... on your late reply, it could make things easier by saying 'sorry for the late reply' instead of jumping into conclusion with negative remark......to end this issue, i would say sorry to you if what i have done here hurting you in whatever way it may be.....let this episode became a learning curve for everybody including myself as well and good luck to your business and HAPPY NEW YEAR.....
