do I have to wash with Brilliantshine shampoo? if normal washing using other car wash cleaner / only water ok?

can I still opt for hand wash / machine wash service outside? as sometimes i do not have the time to wash my car on my own...

the instruction on first post stated spray permanon direct to the car body,but the instruction on the box says spray onto a cloth and then wipe at the car.So which one is the correct way?
