Guys, i'm a non-G user. My phone start rebooting so i want to do factory reset. Just want to know if my root still intact if i do this factory reset. Thanks

After installed checkrom 3.1.1 and driver sucessfully installed, open kies and it showed connecting. After a short while pop out a msg said cannot start service on the device. try disconnect and reconnect the device.. I had tried many times but problem still arises. Troublesome the problem also same. Any idea?
