Thread is silent, once again. Probably because holidays this week.

Anyway, based from what I know, there's only 4 JB ROMs currently on Xda:
- DoomNexus v3 by Doomsday94
- CM10 by camcory
- PAC-man by camcory
- Paranoid by ROM-tester

But, none of the above have a working camera plus it's still in Alpha stage so it's unstable, having minor lags based from my usage on DoomNexus v2.

So is there anyone else currently using JB ROM?

some already move to nexus 4 thread i guess.. i might be moving too. waiting for local review of the phone first xD

yup. ics still cant beat gb in terms of smoothness and battery usage, but that's understandable as one is stock rom and another is not. i tried ics again few days ago, and it doesnt seem to go deep sleep if wifi is on and not connect. my battery when from 84% to 36% in 1 night, and the awake bar was just crazy..
now back to blazr rom.. seriously i feel that rom has the best bettery life

anyway i have been using ics and not much problem thus far. arco's beta 3. pretty stable and battery lasts a day for me without any problem.

GB users can play granny smith smoothly without OC? im not hardcore gamer but i find granny smith to lag in my phone.

i'm still sticking to cm9 for now and i have tried performance governor still gives me slight lags for that game. i was just wondering if gb roms can run the game smoothly because im considering to switch back to stock roms. smile.gif

but i think i will wait abit more for cm10 to be fully functional and stable after trying the new Pac rom, pretty amazing, very smooth rclxms.gif

definitely no.. that is sad, really sad.. a device that cost RM1k become RM2k here.. and i almost forgot, nexus has no SD slot!! argggghhh. if 16GB will get only around 11GB, mana cukup sad.gif

Haha, how's that feel? It's amazing right, with newly PAC-man 17.0 released, tried and stick with for a moment.
I was waiting for the camera to work, that's it. Been waiting for camcory to upload the link to OP and he's got a good reputation.

Hi,
Jellybean is a codename for Android from version 4.0 to latest 4.2 (but for S Plus up to 4.1.2) and this phone CAN be upgradeable to Jellybean by flashing custom ROMs (must be rooted). This is due to Samsung has abandoned us S Plus users and left us with Gingerbread 2.3.6 officially.

So far, supported Jellybean ROMs for our device:

PAC-man, CM10, DoomNexus, Paranoid, Remics-JB

not legally. Samsung says no. Have to flash ourself.

Alpha is the early stage, means stuff are not working here there.
Beta is slightly more stable, usually not much bugs.
Milestone, stable release means usually bug free already.

Jellybean is still in alpha so many bugs and its best to upgrade to a stable ICS first. Custom of course. xD
