guys... juz got my sgs+ last week... but now its like restarting sometimes.. when i lock it... then suddenly the samsung logo then the start up screen... anyone else got the same prob?

ooo.. so wat do i do? D: and my samsung apps is constantly saying no network connection when fb and whatsapp can be used.. now wats wrong again? haha!

im on wifi... got internet conn... but samsung apps cannot work... lol!!

i cant dl it!!! argh!! stupid samsung apps!!! :@

i used my neigbour's unifi and got it... finally.... xD

Free should be enough. backup so you dont have to re-dl all the apps i suppose. i think just uninstall la. im not sure. all this based on my reading experience only coz i will be rooting after the ics rom comes out.. wait for anonymous1234..

i using the tpu case tat i bought in carefour subang. RM8. no problems. no peeling. juz make sure the part covering volume and power button is easy to press. if u really got budget, look for i9000 or sgs casing. same size. maybe tats y u cant find a good case.

tats the thread. if u find it confusing then i simplify it a lil.

1. enter dl mode and plug into com.

2. start odin.

3. click ops. dl ariesVE.ops from xda.

4. tick one pakage.

5. at the one package put in ur rom. make sure its the odin pakage.

6. click start then wait till its done. tats all.

JAGA LA! my old phone aso no scratches. got dust a lil i wipe lo, nid mantain. my current s+ the back sticker still havent peel, but i din see any sccratches on the plactic wo. o.o AND i dun tink the thingy peeling off will intefere with anything coz the signal stuff is at the part bulging up on the back of the phone.

look at the diff between s and s+. ask around coz i tink both models might have been discontinued.
s+ speed tops but s got more devs making custom stuff.
in terms of updates from samsung, dun expect anything at all. -.- they probably drop developments d.
s2 should be nice but if you can wait then wait for i9300 to come out coz by then s2 would be cheaper.
iphone for me is overrated and android is alot more customisation especially after rooting.
do more research on this tho.

probably updates are not so important for you. but if for emailing and reading websites and very little multitasking i think ANY model will do. if you can get a good price would be ok adi la. samsung warranty is 24 months only. probably registered by the previous user coz its all on9 warranty. with good care and all shouldnt be a prob with the phone. and if there is its probably the "good deeds" the previous owner did. ask properly before handing over $$.

its not. unless you want to see your phone extra smooth when multitasking. and custom rom saves more battery ya.
you can say that. if you are only using for light things then yea.
nope. choice of apps is still the same. but things like custom roms, tweaks and other stuff will be longer coz s+ devs are lil.

you should ask him to check but if he bought more than 2 years ago then probably warrenty is gone.

Added on April 6, 2012, 1:52 pmRC8 is XXKPS isnt it? rom is the entire system so flashing means changing everything from scripts to kernel. make sure broodrom is flashable to ur current rom. backup apps using titanium backup. i just flashed my phone with broodrom last week from rc8. works fine. it didnt delete all my apps at all.

Plug it into Samsung Kies. simple. it will tell you that there is an update. if not just use check for update in your phone. its in settings.
